Elizabeth Newton-Jackson

Elizabeth Newton-Jackson completed her doctoral studies at The University of Auckland in 2025. Her thesis “Crafting the Self: Textiles and Making in the Life-Writing of Early Modern English Noblewomen” examines the range of insights offered into inner life and experience through accounts of textile crafting.
Elizabeth was elected to the ANZAMEMS council in the role of New Zealand Postgraduate Representative in 2026.
