The Paideia Institute, Living Latin in Paris – Call For Applications

The Paideia Institute announces a new Living Latin Program in Paris this winter, December 27, 2013-January 4, 2014. This program is designed to immerse students in the Latin of the Middle Ages. For one week, students will read passages from medieval literature, philosophy, poetry, and letters. There will also be visits to medieval sites in and around Paris, offering students the change to experience the culture of medieval France while improving their Latin and broadening their knowledge of Latin literature. Instructors will include Papal Latinist Msgr. Daniel Gallagher and Dr. Nancy Llewellyn of SALVI, the co-sponsor of this event.
